Due to other professional commitments, Chris Hartley has decided to step down as a member of the Board of Directors of ASMALLWORLD AG 6th February 2026. Hartley has been a member of the Board since 2022, following ASMALLWORLDs reciprocal equity investment into Global Hotel Alliance (GHA).

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Michael Manz noted: Chris has been an active member of ASMALLWORLDs board since our significant minority investment into GHA. We would like to warmly thank Chris for his contributions and wish him our very best for the future.

As a shareholder in ASMALLWORLD AG, Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) will consider its nomination for a replacement board member at the 2026 Annual General Meeting scheduled on 24th April 2026.
