Zurich, 20.12.2018 - ASMALLWORLD AG today announced that after the recent capital increase, its anchor investor ASW Capital AG now holds 68.5% of the shares of ASMALLWORLD AG (up from last disclosed shareholding of 61.5%). HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investmentgesellschaft GmbH, previously holding 10.2% of shares, has disclosed an ownership of 9.98% of shares in ASMALLWORLD AG as of December 18, 2018.
