ASMALLWORLD strengthens Board of Directors with Luca Schenk


Zurich, 20.02.2018 – The shareholders of ASMALLWOLRD AG have elected Dr. Luca Schenk to the Board of Directors.

Dr. Luca Schenk (49) is a member of the Board of Directors of FONTAVIS and has been CEO of BX Berne eXchange for the last seven years. He has over 20 years of experience in managing and advising SMEs in Switzerland and abroad. His previous responsibilities included the establishment and management of the Zurich branch of the Swiss corporate finance consultancy OLZ (now Acano), the management of various market entry and product launch projects in South-Eastern Europe as well as the management and expansion of a furniture retail chain in Northern Italy. Luca Schenk holds a PhD in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University of Milan.

The Board of Directors of ASMALLWOLRD AG is very pleased that Dr. Luca Schenk joins the Board of Directors. As an experienced financial expert with a broad track record in Switzerland and abroad, he will make an important contribution to the further development of the Group.
