Our organization is structured along our product offering:

ASMALLWORLD AG operates ASMALLWORLD community (, its web- and mobile products as well as its membership services, quality control, technology development and business functions. ASMALLWORLD AG is directly managed by our Group CEO, Jan Luescher, and also acts as the holding company for the group. The management team is complemented by Stefan Keller, Head of Finance & Controlling and Tino Köhler, Chief Revenue Officer. The company’s main revenue stream is generated by subscriptions from ASMALLWORLD memberships.
The World’s Finest Clubs AG (WFC) operates the Finest Clubs platform (, the globally leading network of nightlife clubs, with its network of ca. 200 of the most exclusive, most elegant, trend-setting clubs all over the globe. WFC is headed by Guido Benedini and the main revenue stream is generated from subscriptions from sale of The World Member Card.


ASW Events AG organizes and hosts about 100 experiences and events per month for ASMALLWORLD members. Events differ in terms of complexity, pricing and deliver mechanism. The company is headed by Jan Luescher, Group CEO, and the main revenue steam is generated from ticket sales. Tickets are exclusively offered and sold on ASMALLWORLD (no public distribution).
ASW Travel AG provides bespoke luxury travel services for an affluent audience. It organizes travel packages of an exclusive nature, providing unmatched experiences to its customers, including the most distinguished hotels, private jets, yachts and villa bookings. It operates as ASW Travel and Lucibello, in a dual brand strategy. The company is led by Karl-Henrik Nilsson, an experience executive in the field of luxury travel. The main revenue stream is generated from selling bespoke travel arrangements.
LuxuryBARED operates a luxury travel booking and review website ( that curates its own selection of luxury hotels. The goal of the company is to provide members and clients with a pre-selected collection of hotels, and to give customers unbiased and truthful reviews on luxury places to stay, along with sharing unique insight into destinations all over the world. The company’s booking system offers with a wider selection of rates than most of its competitors. LuxuryBARED also offers its customers unique privileges, like breakfast for two, room upgrades, spa or dining credits, and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
